Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

At Summit Inspection Services, we are proud to offer top-quality home inspection services to help you make the most informed decisions about your property. Whether you are a buyer, seller, or just want to maintain your home, our certified inspectors are here to assist you every step of the way.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed in the near future. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance.

Our comprehensive multi-point checklist ensures that we leave no stone unturned. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read report, equipped with images, references and detailed information and will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format.

Finally, we strictly follow the standards of practice set forth by InterNACHI, widely considered one of the leading home inspection associations in the country.
